NEW PROGRAM!! :)
BEGINNING CROCHET
Participants will learn the four basic stitches, increasing and decreasing, and counting stitches. The first two weeks will be spent on learning stitches and the last six weeks, participants will make a simple project. Instructor Pat Poci has been crocheting for 50 years and is very interested in passing this fading art as well as her talents down to the next generation.
All materials are provided.
Advanced classes will be offered in the future.

BEGINNING CAKE DECORATING
You
will learn the fundamentals of cake decorating. This program will
include instruction in borders, flowers, application of frosting,
figure piping, etc.
All materials will be supplied.

GALL FITNESS CENTER
A monthly membership fee allows you unlimited attendance and use of the weight equipment during any of the Park District scheduled Gall Fitness Programs.
STEP & TONE
The
program features power-packed step aerobics to accomodate all fitness
levels. The workout is designed to get your heart rate into the
"fat-burning zone" while toning hips, buttocks, thighs and calves. The
second part of the class is geared toward targeting specific muscle
groups with resistance and toning exercises for the "ultimate all-over"
workout. Steps are provided. You may bring your own hand weights up to
5 lbs.

WEIGHTS
The Gall Fitness Center will be open to the public to use the weight equipment. All weight lifters must have an orientation session on the equipment prior to use, after which, weight lifters will have unsupervised use of the equipment.

29TH ANNUAL TURKEY GIVE-AWAY CONTEST
All contestants must guess the number of corn kernels in a jar located at the Coloma Township Park District Administrative Office. The contestant coming the closest to the exact number will receive a free 20 pound turkey for Thanksgiving. Open to all ages!
